Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days.

If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times: 3-10 Business Days.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high seasonal demand.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.

Tracking numbers usually become active within 24–72 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

Our store is not responsible for customs duties or taxes applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will assist you in locating the package or arranging a replacement when possible.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.


Order Changes or Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly, requests to modify or cancel orders must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
